I was in the building trade for 7 years so when I finished for an office job I didn't want to get "saggy" so I started training and love it.
Why I Love It:
Seeing the results and it keeps me out of trouble.

I'm going to enter my first comp in summer next year and I will not settle for second place.

Arnold's physique was perfect in my eyes but I think you have to be tall to look that good. For the shorter guys, Lee Priest and Franco Columbu.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I burst a blood vessel in my neck during a heavy session on the inclined bench press. I was out for 3 weeks.

Ahh yes the snow.. its incredibly cold and I have been brave and been up there attempting to snowboard.. of course spending more time on my butt then up but I'm trying! Things aren't going too badly. I've smashed my time on the 1 and 2 mile runs. My physique is still heading north of my targets. All in all I'm pretty much on track for my 2008 goals... How about you; how goes it?
