Short term I want to be at 7% bodyfat by December 15th when I have a photo-shoot. Long term I want to compete.
Goal (Long):
This year I have left it to late with my dieting. So I plan to spend 18 months putting on quality muscle and then hopefully compete in the 2009 season in the under 80kg's "first timers".
My weight has gone up 2lbs this week due to a binge on chocolate and Special K on Friday. I feel bad for it but I don't think it has done me that much harm.
