How I Started: I was in the building trade for 7 years so when I finished for an office job I didn't want to get "saggy" so I started training and love it.
Why I Love It: Seeing and feeling the results. The pump from lifting.
How I Stay Motivated: By watching bodybuilding DVD's and being with the other guys in my gym.
BB Accomplishments: I have lost 34lbs in the first 9 weeks of my 12 week diet.

Goals:
Main Goal: Compete
Goal (Short): Short term I want to be at 7% bodyfat by December 15th when I have a photo-shoot. Long term I want to compete.
Goal (Long): This year I have left it to late with my dieting. So I plan to spend 18 months putting on quality muscle and then hopefully compete in the 2009 season in the under 80kg's "first timers".
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 29 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 7%
