What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Lifting too heavy weights too soon and improper form.
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I hurt my shoulder lifting too heavy weights, doingthe assisted dips. It took a month to recover.
