My nutrition program is comprised of lean protein, carbs and veggies. I don't eat sugar, fruit or any dairy products.

5.00am (Pre-Workout):

Whey Protein + Malto Dextrin + L Glutamine

Fish Oil + Multi-Vitamin + Green Tea Extract 

5.30am: 1.M.R + L-Carnitine

6.00am - 7:15am (During Workout): Xtend during workout

7.30am (After Workout): Whey Protein + L Glutamine (pos Workout)

9.30am (Breakfast):

Whey Pancake + Coffee or Green Tea + Digest-All

12.00am (Lunch):

Sweet Potato or Brown Rice + Grilled Fish or Chicken + Broccoli

Fish Oil + Multi-Vitamin + Green Tea Extract + Digest-All

3.00am (Snack): Syntha-6 (meal replacement)

6.00pm (Dinner):

Broccoli + Grilled Fish or Chicken

Fish Oil + Multi-Vitamin + Digest-All

9.30pm (Snack): Casein

With mean meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner):

Multi-Vitamin + Fish Oil + Green Tea Extract + Digest All
