6.00am - 7:15am (During Workout): Xtend during workout

9.30am (Breakfast):
Whey Pancake + Coffee or Green Tea + Digest-All
12.00am (Lunch):
Sweet Potato or Brown Rice + Grilled Fish or Chicken + Broccoli

3.00am (Snack): Syntha-6 (meal replacement)
6.00pm (Dinner):
Broccoli + Grilled Fish or Chicken
