How I Started: I started working out on my bowflex when my brother would because he said it would get me big for football.
Why I Love It: I like when i notice gains, when I have that pump, and the exhausted but good feeling afterwards
How I Stay Motivated: Whenever I get weight I previously couldnt that motivates me. If someone tells me I'm looking good especially a hot girl or a big guy that I used to look up to.

Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): just get in shape
Goal (Long): I want to find my abs and gain strength. Just get into a general better condition than I am now. I hope to get my 4 mile section run time down to 36 minutes while not exhausting myself. Bench up to 245 again. Start actually working my legs and abs. Eat healthier.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 15 lb

thanks Joshua, you're only 16 and way ahead of me at that age. Give it time, calves need to be worked a lot. Your one year comparison pics are very impressive.
