How I Started:
My dad got me started. He has been bodybuilding for about 30 years he is 50 now and still at it.When I was a kid maybe around 12 years old he would take me to the gym on leg day and have me to spot him on squats.From then on I could not get the weight room out of my system.What up POPS!!!!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel and look great,and I cannot lie I like the attention that I get from being in shape.The more I see my body change the more motivated I am to go back the next day and train harder.
How I Stay Motivated:
Will power/Passion.Oh yeah can't forget my mp3 player loaded with my favorite tracks.
BB Accomplishments:
I started at a weight of 185 and could barely bench 135 and now I'm 208 with a 365 1 rep max on the barbell flat bench and a max 455 squat

Southern Texas...you must be hot! I lived in Arizona for awhile. It was really hot, a dry heat, but still freakin hot!
