How I Started:
Decided a couple of years ago to try and be less scrawny. I have been working out on and off for a few months at a time since then, but not with enough dedication to see the real gains that I want. So now I'm fairly toned but really skinny, which is almost like this creepy Bruce Lee look, except not as shredded.
Why I Love It:
Being able to focus on a worthwhile goal and knowing I'm doing something to better myself. And I don't want my girlfriend to run away screaming if I take my shirt off (she's been nice about it so far).
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated has been an issue in the past but when I fully commit to something as I have this time around... I really do it full force so this should not be an issue. The mirror is motivation alone.
BB Accomplishments:
Unfortunately I have pretty good biceps, which I learned long ago are pretty much useless without the rest of you looking buff too.

Goal (Long):
To combine an overall program including lots of hard work at the gym and a complement of supplements to eventually weigh around 145lbs and be significantly muscular.
