I'd like to get down to my ideal weight. I still want to lose a couple of inches from my waist and my thighs (ugh!).
Goal (Long):
Get down to 125 lbs. I look too skinny if I weigh less than that. I feel uncomfortable weighing more than 130 lbs. I also do a routine with light weights and resistance bands to tone as I lose.
Just when I think things are going great I get hit with something that threatens to tear me down. I have enough sense to know that the way I choose to deal with this situation is the key. I'm glad that I have my workouts and other activities (wink) to keep me going.
hope all is well with you and your training. fall and winter is upon us which i always like because its like going into the dungeon, working out hard and coming out for the spring looking better. stay with it u looking good!

When, I was younger about 9 years old or so, I remember going to south carolina, my great grand dad had a farm, raised hogs, I had a black one, he was my pet, or so i thought, lol he was slaughter right in front of me (R.I.P Mr oucky), pigs make a horrible sound when they're gutted alive, cruel i know, but thats how they did it...to this day i don't eat pork, lol very little beef and I'm starting to faze out chicken.. thats about as far south i've ever been ^_^
I'm doing good...no better then good , I'm great, I've been working out harder then ever, physically, mentally and spiritually, still a few tweaks here and there, but once I get all three in-sync, look out world ^_^ were are you from originally you have this whole exotic beauty going on ^_^ (if it's on your page plezzz 4 give me, pretty pictures distract me )
