ever since i was little,I use to be a boxer so ive always been in good shape, over the past 6 years ive been on again off again while in the army, i use to have 3 notebooks and a bag of meals i took with me everywhere, one for my workouts/training. and the other for recording my meals/nutrition
last one was for timing my supplements.
Why I Love It:
its my only outlet, it makes me "feel better"
How I Stay Motivated:
if i dont go to the gym i get real...aggesive? the gyms my anchor for sanity, when i dont get to lift,my mood suffers.
BB Accomplishments:
i weighed in at a 165lbs for a weight lifting compition, and lifted 305 bench
a 425lb deadlift and a 405lb squat.

I have a wide back,large pecs for my overal size, but my shoulders though really defined are not nearly to par, and i need more tricep mass to contend with my biceps, that ive allready tried to down train,(when your really young and just bench and curl you get outa balance)my traps are undersized to my liking,esp with the width i have in my back, and the size of my neck,
