Tried the new routen and hated it. Low weight high rep. just isn't my thing. just going to design my own split 4day and stay heavey.

back again finaly. ? on suppliments
Posted in Supplements : Jun 22, 2011 5:14amHey people, I'm back in the gym again after a year or so break and starting from ground zero. Right now I'm hopping some one can give me some advice. I'm 46 and back in the desert again. getting older i need to work out more than i used to and supplements are more important than ever.
I basicly use creatine, bcaa, protien powders, and oral testosteron. believe it or not the test is over the counter here. if anyone has any advice or recommendations for this ageing desert rat be glad to here them. laws being what they are in the rest of the world i haven't been able able to find
