Just started the 4th week. As of today, I've already lost 15lbs and begin the week at 240lbs.
For the most part, I maintained my stats. I've started taking creatine so I'm wondering if I'm holding onto water. I've picked up the intensity of my workouts and hit a new one rep max on chest.
I lost another 8lbs over the last four weeks which brings me down to 232lbs.
While not earth shattering numbers, it was interesting to see where the weight came off. Body fat went down by 2.9%.
My chest grew half an inch and my arms grew an inch. I must admit I question my arms growing...
Thank you brother. I often think to myself "why do I put my body through this?" I simply answer " if feels so good.
Tell me. Were do you stand so far? Are you hittin it hard?

Glad to hear bro. YOu'll have weeks were you may loose only one lb or 2. I know I did. YOu just have to keep driving. I have tweaked my workout a little,but starting this monday I am completly changing it up. I weight in today at the gym and did my bf%. I'm am now at 205lbs and 18.8 % BF. That is a 40lb lose and 10% off the BF. Not boasting about it, but letting you know for incouragement that it can be done and if I can do it anyone can.

Thank you. you can do this, trust me. never quit, never give up. Push , push, and push yourself. Don't give in to temptations. It's ok to have a cheat meal, but don't give into gorging.
