I have always been a hard gainer, at one time i got down to 120 lbs. and want to get up 160 lbs for now. I Have C.O.P.D and about 40% function from too many years of smoking,which i have stopped. I would like to be able to be around for my granddaughter. I was diagnosised last apr with a mild heart problem.

Do you monitor your heart rate while doing cardio?
Do you use a heart rate monitor? Which one?
