How I Started:
Cardio for 30minutes 4-6 times a week for 2 weeks with push-ups and sit-ups, then added strength training on 3rd week.
Why I Love It:
Look and feel good and be healthier
How I Stay Motivated:
My Mother lost her battle to cancer on July 18th, 2007 and before she passed away she asked me to lose weight and take good care of myself for me and my family..........love you mom.......

I would like to be at 170lbs and have about 15% body fat. I am 37years old and am only 5'4. I was 160lbs in 1998 and in Great Shape when I was in the Military. I am currently 195lbs and started training when I was 214lbs. Yes!! I was "Obese", and probably still am to some...but I will get back in shape. I have been on a decent diet and excercise program and have been working out for about a month and a half. My cholesterol count wasn't that great and my doctor suggested that get back in shape, I am also borderline high blood pressure. My son "Jaydyn" just turned a year and I have 17 more to spend with him so this is the BEST reason for me to get back in shape.....Plus, my wife "Tanya" loves how I'm changing my ways to look better....
