Thanks Glenn. I get results when i eat a ton, everytime i try to lose fat i just set myself back a month, so from now on it's bigger and bigger. I'd be happy for you to join me at Spa Fitness. I am not sure what routine i'd use... tossup between a new variation of what i'm using now (been working well), my Westside split, or a high volume russian powerlifting routine that i've been wanting to try. I'm a little afraid of it tho, its hardcore high volume.
