My goal is to be fit healthy and look better than in my younger years that means more muscle less fat and well formed body
Goal (Long):
This is a long term goal for me I don't want to look back at my life and say I never tried. I have always been in good shape even when I didn't take care of myself. So I never worked out at home or a gym. Now though as my life is changing I realize that I will have to work harder to maintain the place that I'm at and even harder to gain muscle and trim the fat. Hopefully by starting now I will be able to be healtier and happier at 50,60, and hopefully 80.
What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I am trying to eat better by eating good lean protein more veggies and supplements. Drinking more water than ever before. And eating smaller meals but more of them.
