Hey man, I've been struggling with injuries this summer and have lost weight. Modified calorie intake to accomodate more inactivity but lost strength too. Congrats on the marriage!
LOL...sometimes I do feel like an old married guy! Work, work out, eat, sleep, repeat.
Glad to hear things are picking up in the wild west! Things are steady, and hopefully will be picking up soon. We are quoting a lot of jobs and just about to land a REALLY big contract...hopefully. If we get it, I will be pulling some major OT...most without compensation...damn salary! Better than being unemployed though.
Thanks for the comments. I use comments like that as motivation. I actually had a kick ass HIIT session seconds after reading them and I may have not gone otherwise! Good luck with the pups! I'm trying to get a 3rd but my fiancee isn't on board :(

YESS! Let's do! What r we lifting? Arms? We can workout at 5... Your mom doesn't get done with work til 6 right? So we could schedule 2 meet up about 6:15 or 6:30...?
