I don't have tips...my legs have always been pretty big, so that has helped. If you hit a sticking point, reset 50lbs, and make sure you continue to go deep. Increase weight 10lbs every week is what I typically do. Wide stance, fill diaphram with air before starting rep.
Been a mixed bag this summer. Added some mass and strength the arms and legs but still working on the shoulder. It's getting better, but if it's not at least 85% by next month- might opt for the arthroscopic surgery. I'm anxious to get back to lifting chest and shoulders... 200-> 185/190 low bodyfat would be tight. how are the lifts coming along?

Not much is new here...staying busy. Are you working on anything interesting? Good luck with your lean bulk. I am debating on starting one myself. I would like to put on about 10 lbs but it never seems to happen.
