how's DC going for you? when did you start? i tried it for awhile, it seemed really good. bought the jason wojo dvd, will probably get back on it next year after i finish what i'm doing now.

Hey thanks for the add. Real quick, I finished up my first day on it today doing incline smith bench, bb shoulder press, skullcrushers, wide grip lat pulldown and tbar rows. Am I supposed to be real sore after the workout bc if so, im not as opposed to when I volume train. Whats been your experience?
