How I Started:
I was always interested in nutrition. exercise and sports! But I never really knew how to get my body tone until I started reading little articles here and there. I wasn't fat before but I wasn't fit like I wanted to be(how I am now)! When I really started hitting the gym and guys would compliment me and encourage me it really gave me a boost!
Why I Love It:
The way I feel afterwards! When I lift I can see new muscles form and the way it makes me look!
How I Stay Motivated:
Try to find new things to work on or try! Have an activity at the end of the week that requires me to dress up and I think that I've gotta look good for this weekend!
BB Accomplishments:
Gettin down to 9% bodyfat!
Sept. 27, 2008, took 1st in teen figure and 3rd in Beginner Figure, I received many compliments, was tol to look into all natural bodybuilding, this past one was an all natural by the way NANBF!

Boxing would help explain the abs and shoulders, your tris and calves are probably nice because of that, too. What little I know of Golf says it would help core muscles, DK what else.
Having studied both Judo and Aikido, I can tell you it's nice to have an ass to roll on/fall on for those types of Martial Art!
I play at BB to lose weight/gain muscle and stay healthier overall. Aikido/weapons work give me more friends and spiritual balance.

You've got some nice stuff going on in your upper bod (bis, shldrs, abs), other than gym work, what have you done? Depending on how your quads/hams/calves look, I'd say you've got a great frame going already.
