How I Started:
Reality check. But now for the year 2008 instead of being a couch potato when being depressed I need to get up and go to the gym regardless if I have an appointment or not.
Why I Love It:
It feels good. I feel really good after a work out. I am sore as hell the next day, but I look at it as my body is paying me back for what I have done to it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I now stay motivated through the fact that working out whether it be cardio or weight lifting it is a release. I just need to stick to it. My marriage has gone down hill as well and that is another motivation or it should be for a stress reliever
BB Accomplishments:
A huge body transformation.

By august of this year 2008 I want to lose 40 pounds and I know that it is doable. I just have to get disciplined again since I have gained back a good amount of weight.
Goal (Long):
I work with a trainer 4 days a week. I am giving myself a whole year to get in shape and a good 2 years to put on a good amount of muscle mass. I want to look really good for topping out at 265 pounds and for having two heavy babies at birth. I want people to say, "what you have two kids, No way". I want to be able to eat correctly, or CLEAN. It is very hard right now but with time I know I can do it.
I want to have my jlo booty back. I want nice well defined abs and a killer back. I want really nice muscle tone in my arms and well defined thighs and legs.
Oh one more thing. Starting out on my leg presses I started out at 120 and now I am starting out at 180 and going to 220 on the sets. I am proud. I want to be at 350lbs on my legs and be able to do 3 sets at 12 reps a piece by Christmas. And I also want to do my intervals like such: 310 at...

YOU CAN DO THIS. DON'T LOOK SO SAD IN YOUR PICS. JUST THINK, YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT. THINK OF ALL THE PEOPLE WHO HAVEN'T GOT THE COURAGE YOU DO. tHE BEST ADVICE I CAN GIVE, IS BE PATIENT. IF YOU ARE CONSISTANT, YOU WILL GET RESULTS.
