How did I let myself get to this?? I was actually relieved to see myself in these pictures because I had lost 10lbs so far, but I was far from done!! That back is super hideous! 129lbs
Still haven't found my camera, so I had to use my blackberry again to snap another quick pic after my workout today. Abs and calves are my most stubborn muscles, but I'm finally seeing the fruits of my many months of labor on these abs! Ya!! 111lbs

Eeeek! This was about a month and a half after I started exercising....mostly just cardio and Tae Bo. I started at 136lbs with a 39" waist and this picture was taken at 129lbs with a 36" waist. Wish I would've taken some pictures at the very beginning....

Another couple of months later and it's definitely an improvement. This picture was taken only a few pounds lighter, but I had lost another 2 inches off my waist. It seemed like my progress was just crawling along, so I decided to take a different approach - I had just started lifting when this picture was taken. I wanted to track the difference in progress between cardio and lifting. 126lbs

Another inch off of my waist and a pound lighter. Lifting has definitely made much bigger changes than cardio ever did!! But I still wanted to kick it up a notch, so I joined Team Poynter and started on Steve's Extreme Fat Destruction Plan. This was taken the day before I started that. I will try to post update pics every week while I'm doing the EFD workouts. 125lbs

I have technically only done 4 days of the EFD plan so far and I can already see the difference! Weight's still the same, but 1% of bodyfat already bit the dust! Steve Poynter's plan rocks!! 125lbs

With Steve Poynter's EFD plan, I am practically melting away! I can't believe it! I have lost a total of 2% of bodyfat, 2lbs and an inch off my waist already and it's only been a week and a half! 123lbs

Here's the progress after one month of lifting heavy. I have seen the biggest changes in the last 2 weeks where I have been on Steve Poynter's EFD plan. In one month, I have lost 3 inches off my waistline, over 4% of bodyfat and 5 lbs. 121lbs

This has been a rough week. I was really suffering from my celiac disease this week, but I managed to not miss a single workout. Ya! Wrong time of the month to be taking a progress pic - way too bloated, but I said I would update at the end of every week, so here it is :-) A little over 2 weeks into the EFD plan and I'm still lovin the burn! And the results!!

Another week down.....I was pretty sick again this week from my celiac disease - I managed to gluten myself again! Grr! But I was actually able to keep up with my workouts still. A little progress made, but not much; the disease not only causes physical pain and sickness, but it also hinders your body's absorption of nutrients, so it's pretty frustrating. Next week I hope to be back to myself again and I'm gonna kick some major butt!! 120lbs

I hit a plateau a couple of weeks ago and decided to take a week off of weights this week to help me out of it. I can't believe what a difference it made! I actually made more progress in this week off than I had the 2 weeks before! I can't wait to hit those weights again hard on Monday!! 118lbs

Haven't had much time for BodySpace lately, too busy with work, home, kids and my workouts but I'm still working hard and feeling great!! I just bought a couple pairs of size 3 jeans and I'm down to 113lbs! I never thought I would see that number on the scale again in my life! I've almost made it to my goal of 18% bodyfat, but I'm far from done, so then it's off to my new goal of 15%!! 113lbs

I've been falling behind on progress pictures a bit, just so busy! Not very good picture quality, but I lost my camera, so I just snapped a quick pic with my blackberry's camera in my bedroom. Still working hard on those abs especially! 112lbs
