Overall Goal: I feel like this new lifestyle is like winning the lottery! I want to inspire others to accomplish the body of their dreams!! Anyone can do this - you just have to want it bad enough!!
Fit Status:
I just bought my first pair of size 3 jeans since high school!!!!!
One day I just got up and decided that I was sick of being fat, lazy, unhealthy and full of excuses!
Why I Love It:
This new lifestyle makes me feel like a whole new person! Weight training makes me feel better physically and emotionally - it's like iron anti-depressants!! I am TRULY addicted!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Every day of hard work gives me a better body and makes me feel better than the day before - what could be more motivation than that?!
BB Accomplishments:
Shedding 14% of bodyfat and over 10 inches off of my waistline, so far!

Still haven't found my camera, so I had to use my blackberry again to snap another quick pic after my workout today. Abs and calves are my most stubborn muscles, but I'm finally seeing the fruits of my many months of labor on these abs! Ya!! 111lbs

Goal (Long):
After having 4 kids, I never thought I would ever have a nice body again. I thought that I had to have surgery to regain my flat tummy, but I discovered that is so not true! Anyone can have the body they have always wanted and I want to inspire other people to discover this not only for the physical benefits of this lifestyle, but also the mental benefits as well! Everyone just needs someone that believes in them and helps to push them and if they want it bad enough, they will succeed!!
I honestly thought that my stretch marks were just something I was going to have to live with forever....my many badges of motherhood, but I am so thrilled to be wrong!! I actually found a way to heal them, for real!! I can't believe the difference already - I'm so excited!! My stretch marks...

In the afternoon I drink a serving of Xtend (10 grams BCAA) before and...
