How I Started:
I have done weights off/on for years but I got serious about cardio last June. I joined the Running Room's learn to run clinic and it was great. Now that I have my cardio under control I'd like to work on my strength training so I'm fit overall.
Why I Love It:
Training gives me energy and makes me feel like I can do anything.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well motivation isn't easy and I'm hoping that this website and the people on it will help me.

Yes
Why or why not?
By telling people I know they are looking at me everytime I see them so I want to make sure that they see results. It helps to keep me motivated and on task.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Listen to my favorite upbeat music on my way to the gym.
I started the Greco Lean and FIt program in July. I'm about 5 weeks in and have seen excellent cardio results. I wasn't seeing anything else so I went to Popeye's supplements and was hooked up there by the fantastic staff. Although Greco's did have a short class on how to eat better it was very general. Chris at Popeye's spent about an hour with me going over a new eating plan and suggested adding fish oil, CLA and coconut oil to my diet.
