How I Started:
I ran track in college and did some powerlifting...and than I went into the workforce and got fat. Took up Muay Thai Kickboxing and lost the weight. Now I want to get ripped.
Why I Love It:
Because it is feels good to look in the mirror naked and like what you see.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look in the mirror naked :-)

My goal is to drop 20lbs in a year and keep the muscle I currently have.
Goal (Long):
I have been athletic for most of my life, but never have achieved total overall fitness. Great Legs, great back and shoulders, but poor stomach and arms. I want to lean out, and get a 6 pack. Through Muay Thai Kickboxing I have developed strength an discipline, now its time for aesthetics. Depending on the results I may compete, let's see what happens.
