I recently purchased two of your eBooks, Iron Dolls & The Competitive Edge. GREAT, comprehensive information. Definitely more than worth the price paid! I've started to finally see gains, thanks to Iron Dolls and as soon as I put reach my goal mass, I'm going to get into The Competitive Edge. Just want to thank you for easy to understand and very valuable, no-nonsense information that is also inspirational and quite motivating!

Hey! So, I'm here and loving it so far. Tonight I went to the Amateur Figure and Fitness pre-judging and it was longer than I expected it would be! But I had first row seats, which is hot considering this was my first time seeing a bodybuilding show!! :) It was real cool. Tomorrow I'll see the Pro pre-judging and hopefully grab a ton of freebies at the Expo! Hope all is well!

Hey U! Everything is everything with me, as usual. Keeping my spirits high and my momentum at top speed! Training hard and starting to get very bored with my diet so I bought a cookbook recently and hopefully I'll be inspired because a greasy cheeseburger is seeming mighty tasty right now :)!! Hope all is well!!!

Hey U! It's been a while since I've been around. Life gets in the way but I've been keeping up with my training. :) Well, mostly! Today I bought my ticket to the Arnold Classic and I'm so psyched. I'm not competing or anything like that but I still plan to tighten up a bit ... just because. :) How are you?

Your comment on my blog was so excellent! Thanks for taking the time to inform me of all that. I agree that "Bert" needs a new position and yea, 90 bucks for that! It's a total mess. Thankfully not every one of their gyms is like that ... Anyway, I'm definitely looking forward to anything you can find on non-addictive sleep aids. Take your time, I've suffered with this for a year and I know you have way more important things to think about!
