Overall Goal: To drop from 24%BF To 12%BF Committing myself to doing atleast one competition in 2010. Ultimate goal is to do the All Forces Military Championships (Womens Figure/ Class C).
Fit Status:
Was messing with numbers and running a few figures according to the professionals I have about 40lbs of fat I can drop.
I hit 34% body fat and realized I needed to make a change in my fitness. I was having a rough time going up stairs and doing things that I have to do with work. Used to be that I was a little machine and could do anything. Past involvements includes track, swim , and cheer in highschool.
Why I Love It:
I'm loving my gym time. I look forward to it from the time I get to work to the time I am about to get out its all I keep in my head.
How I Stay Motivated:
Have you seen the results from STEVEP78? The guy is a master at whipping a gal into shape. I want to be a source of inspiration to others. If I can go from flab to fab with my crazy schedule I know others can to. Pulling 13-14 hour days and always in the public eye is alot to standup and take. Let alone looking good as you do it.
BB Accomplishments:
I committed myself to working out and becoming a better me. Look at the pictures and see for yourself. Roughly 60lbs lost to date!

Drop body fat and be in the best physical condition I have ever been in. My baby sister graduates from high school June of '10. I want to be the role model she deserves and somebody she can be proud of.

He and others like him are a inspiration to me on how far I can go. He has pushed past the perceived standards and limits expected of those who ae heavier than most and shown with absolute conviction that there is no standard set in stone. Its all about how far you are willing to go and how hard you are willing to go for it.
Her transformation Is what infomercials dream of being able to show on t.v. and in magazines. She has been super helpful and positive when I had questions and super supportive when I felt like reaching for the pint of ice cream.
