How I Started:
I hit 34% body fat and realized I needed to make a change in my fitness. I was having a rough time going up stairs and doing things that I have to do with work. Used to be that I was a little machine and could do anything. Past involvements includes track, swim , and cheer in highschool.
Why I Love It:
I'm slowly coming around to loving my gym time. I look forward to it from the time I get to work to the time I am about to get out its all I keep in my head.
How I Stay Motivated:
Have you seen the results from STEVEP78? The guy is a master at whipping a gal into shape. I want to be a source of inspiration to others. If I can go from flab to fab with my crazy schedule I know others can to. Pulling 16 hour days and always in the public eye is alot to standup and take. Let alone looking good as you do it.
BB Accomplishments:
I committed myself to working out and becoming a better me. Look at the pictures and see for yourself. Roughly 60lbs lost to date!

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I didnt have good form and pulled weird muscles or did to much at the wrong weight so I wasnt getting anything out of it.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Get with a trainer so you know how to everything the right way and not run the risk of injuring yourself.

Oh dear god what am I doing!? I am running around like nuts. Pulled a 16 hour day wednesday doing my training for my potential job conversion and working my shift. Went straight from work to the range was there for about four hours (20 hours up at this point) went home and slept a couple hours....

Doing okay. Tired. Busy night last night. One patrol hit 3 IEDs, 6 guys MEDEVAC-ed. ANP CP attacked, 3 guys in hospital, two going in for surgery this morning. Another patrol attacked- no injuries. You get the day off today?
