Reason: This is basically Omega 3-6-9, it has all the fat loss/ gain lean muscle mass benefit, and surprisingly, it's extremely helpful in giving me positive mood and better mental health. Since I take a bunch other stuff, I wasn't sure what's really making me feel good, but after my sister tried it for one day, she was in such great mood and was really impressed by it's positive effect! We are now the biggest fan!
