I try to do at least an hour of cardio per day in the form of walking; often I add a bit more, though at times I have cut back to confuse my body. I also add various other exercise randomly including freeweights, resistance training, biking, calisthenics, and yoga.
I just want to say, Thank you so much for your nice words in your "inspire" section. You are amazing, caring/loving, and unselfish. I am lucky to have u in my life.
Hey thanks! No, i havent been on here very much at all, just changed pics. Lots of dating issues. No, im all good. I just think i used to have bad circulation. But, it seems to have improved quite a bit since I have gone from 94 pds to now 126. How are you?
Im doing pretty darn good! I am not cold as much anymore. My Body temp is like on the rise! I hated being cold constantly. workouts are good. How are you??

Hey! Nope no plans here. At the point, ill be eating drinking and sleeping workout out AND thesis. I love the program, but id like to graduate at some point (if I stay any longer in it, i better be getting the Ph.D) :)
