I try to do at least an hour of cardio per day in the form of walking; often I add a bit more, though at times I have cut back to confuse my body. I also add various other exercise randomly including freeweights, resistance training, biking, calisthenics, and yoga.

Thank you so much. My legs weren't too bad but the white vest conceals the hideous flabby gut I had! Lol. Hope you are progressing and thanks for your comment. x

Hey thanks for the message,
Have taken a break. Got tired of the sexist bullsh*t that goes on in the forums. Take a peek at my last forum post and you'll understand why. Hope the lifting is going well etc!

I am a firm believer that bodybuilding/weightlifting is the real Fountain of Youth but I am starting to think that lifting all the iron that we do somehow magnatizes us as we are drawn to each other as well as to assist one another as though we have been magnetically charged.
I have read some of your comments on the forum and thought I would vist and say that you write some very sensible and educational information. Keep up all the great work.
