Oh I thought they were lookin good that's why I asked. I mean bigger than most guys' quads because most guys don't work legs at all. I do some leg extensions but I think I have to up the weight and do less reps. Thanks!

Idaho is good, sometimes I think I would like to move away but then I realize I'd miss it too much, it is really pretty here anyway.

I know the vertical jump is for jumping canals, climbing fences. Running for foot pursuits, and endurance if your in a fight. I think that's the standard with a lot of states, but different agencies can add whatever they want to the test. A close city actually has a whole fitness course which is a lot harder. It's an honest test so I am working hard, I just found out two positions opened up today! :)

I'm a police dispatcher, so hopefully I can move up and go to patrol, but they actually give us a bonus if we improve too. They figure it will cost them less in insurance if more people are in shape.

looks like it's working, I haven't heard of it, I just started seriously running early spring so yeah anything that can help me improve would be great.
