How I Started:
I've been working out since I was in high school, but didn't start seriously lifting until I was done having my kids.
Now there's no turning back..
Why I Love It:
Keeping in shape is my stress reliever, builds confidence, and hey call me conceited but it makes me look better too.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love strength gains especially, something about the power of it motivates me to keep pushing that last little bit when you feel like you don't have anything left.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
This is hard one. So many female celebrities are too concerned about being overly thin, and not much muscle mass. I would have to say Pink. At times has been critized by mags about being overweight even though if you look at her she's very lean. She doesn't listen to what they have to say and keeps doing her own thing. What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Never give up, fitness is a life long committment not a fad diet that will be done with in a couple months. I usually try to do chest on my husband's days off, it makes all the difference when you have a spotter for certain exercises.
