Background
I always had an interest in working out from running track in highschool. It just took me a few years to get up the nerve to join a gym and start training with my trainer, Mike Davies.
I love working out because I love the concept of training certain ways to alter they way one's physique can look. There is nothing better than standing onstage displaying your physique and all of the hard work, time and dedication that you put into looking great--Not to mention the fact that it makes me feel good and is a very healthy and positive influence in my life.
