I always had an interest in working out from running track in highschool. It just took me a few years to get up the nerve to join a gym and start training with my trainer, Mike Davies.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because I love the concept of training certain ways to alter they way one's physique can look. There is nothing better than standing onstage displaying your physique and all of the hard work, time and dedication that you put into looking great--Not to mention the fact that it makes me feel good and is a very healthy and positive influence in my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I never have a problem staying motivated. I am passionate and love working out and motivation has never been a problem for me.
In the off season, my goal is to build a better quad sweep and bring in my waistline to balance out my overall symetry.
Goal (Long):
My goal is to build a more balance and symmetrical physique in the off season. I need to gain around 10-12 pounds and really focus on my quads. I also just want to develop overall muscle maturity and shape for next year's competition season.
