How I Started:
During university I have put on quite a bit of weight, I was never slim to begin with, but lots of beer took its toll. My weight peaked at 215lbs in July 2008. During the summer I started to swim more and cut down to just under 200lbs by October 2008. However by December I had only lost another 3-4lbs in 2 months and needed to get back on track.
I started a sort of conditioning period in december where I did a lot more cardio and increased my fitness as well as looking more at what I ate. I have since given up alcohol altogher and am now dedicated to losing more weight and leading a healthier lifestyle through a meticulous diet and carefully planned cardio and weight training.
