How I Started:
I'm half Italian, this helps gives you an idea of the kinds of foods I was raised on. When I was in the 8th grade, I weighed 160lbs. I didn't like myself and knew I needed to make changes. I have been living a healthier lifestyle ever since.
Why I Love It:
It's something that only you can do. Nobody can improve your fitness for you. This means you have a real sense of accomplishment when you achieve your goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to picture my ideal life and how my body looks in that life. Then I compare that with the short term pleasure I would experience from eating a cheat food.

Goal (Long):
Originally my goal on here was based on numbers but since i hate math, i'm changing this thing up! I would love to: 1.Be in a figure competition, 2. Be in a fitness magazine, 3. Be an NFL cheerleader, 4. Inspire those around me, 5. Always be humble
