Has had 10 weeks of pure misery and now is ready to start looking after myself again and get back on track!!

after today is going to enjoy working hard in the gym and looking forward to no work after tomorrow!!

Is annoyed with herself for not pulling her weight and being focused - had a bad week with things and it affect my focus about to sort!

eating well still and doing my best in the gym, back in first thing - can't expect no miracles just yet though!
