I was a gymnast for many years, and i thought i was in good shape..but being a vegetarian for ten years..i wasnt eating enough protein. i was always skinny but i wanted to add more muscle tone to my body. I started out by running..got hooked on that..its still my favorite thing to do, then my boyfriend got me to start training with weights..which totally changed my entire body. I have been addicted ever since!
Why I Love It:
I feel so much healthier.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love seeing the constant changes in how i look and feel.
