DAY 3 LEGS, SHOULDERS, ABS, AND CARDO
DAY 4 REST, HOWEVER, I USUALLY HAVE OTHER TRAINING TO DO.
TUES, THURS, SUN IS JIU-JITSU/MMA TRAINING FOR 2 HOURS
MON AND FRI IS MUAY THIA TRAINING FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS |
