Workout Program:
I WORKOUT ON A THREE DAY CYCLE, WITH ABOUT 8 DIFFERENT EXERCISES, 3 SETS EACH, WITH ABOUT 4-10 REPS DEPENDING ON HOW HEAVY I AM GOING.

DAY 1 CHEST, TRI'S, ABS, AND CARDO
DAY 2 BACK, BI'S, ABS, AND CARDO
DAY 3 LEGS, SHOULDERS, ABS, AND CARDO
DAY 4 REST, HOWEVER, I USUALLY HAVE OTHER TRAINING TO DO.

TUES, THURS, SUN IS JIU-JITSU/MMA TRAINING FOR 2 HOURS

MON AND FRI IS MUAY THIA TRAINING FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS
