I LOVE WORKING OUT BECAUSE IT HELPS ME KEEP MY MIND AND BODY IN GOOD SHAPE. THERE IS NOTHING LIKE THE FEELING OF ACCOMPLISHMENT, WHICH IS PROVIDE BY A GOOD WORKOUT. WELL THERE IS ONLY THING THAT COMPARES, BUT THAT ONLY LASTS ABOUT 10 MINUTES, I MEAN 1 HOUR, LOL.
How I Stay Motivated:
I STAY MOTIVATED BY LOOKING FOR NEW CHALLENGES. I LOVE FINDING NEW INNOVATIVE WAYS TO PUSH MYSELF TO LIMIT. ALSO, MY WIFE AND KIDS ARE BIG PUSHERS, I DO NOT WANT TO EVER LET THEM DOWN SO I TRAIN HARD TO MAKE SURE THAT NEVER HAPPENS.
BB Accomplishments:
TO STAY AS TONE AND RIPPED AS POSSIBLE WITHOUT LOSING MY FLEXIBILITY. ALSO TO INCREASE MY CARDO, REACTION TIME, SPEED, AND STRENGTH, WHILE BECOMING MORE EXPLOSIVE AND AGILE.

Goal (Long):
MY GOAL IS VERY COMPLICATED BECAUSE IT CHANGES WITH THE SEASON. IT REALLY DEPENDS IF I HAVE A COMPETITION COMING UP. OVERALL, I WANT TO NATURALLY CUT WEIGHT TO 185 WITHOUT GOING THRU THE PROCESS OF EXCESSIVELY CUTTING WEIGHT IN A SMALL AMOUNT OF TIME FOR COMPLETIONS BUT DURING DOWNTIME I WANT TO WALK AROUND AT 205. I WANT TO INCREASE MY SPEED, REACTION TIME, CARDIO, BECOME MORE EXPLOSIVE, PERFECT MY FORM, AND TECHNIQUE. ALSO, I WOULDN'T MIND A BODY THAT GATHER ME A LOT EYES OF ADMIRATION WHEN I TAKE OFF MY SHIRT.

Thank you for your comments. I have thought of martial art training. Lol, to be honest, there isn't enough time in the day to do the things I want to do. I'm hoping to incorporate some of that into my program someday. You look fabulous!! Keep it up.
Check out strenght training stuff if you arent already into it, sand bags, sleds, tires, bands, also the "300" workout is crazy hard, lots of clips on you tube, I am spending half my time with the iron and the other half body conditioning.
