Doing pretty good. Have a little pain in the ankle from the injury, and not quite as flexible, but it is pretty strong. Looks like you are still kickin it at the beach. Lucky...

Yeah, the lighter weight & squeeze is helping alot, especially on traps. I usually eat like you do, too. Same thing every day, except in the evenings, after working out. I guess that has been my downfall, but I'm working on it...lol.

Thanks, I'm hoping to see some major improvements on my traps and lats next pic. I'm really working on proper technique, seems to be helping alot. Looks like you have all that & diet down, that trainer helps alot, huh.

Yeah, I did good on upper body, but lower body took a lick. I just started back on legs a week ago. Lost alot of def in my left calf, some in my quad. BTW couple of weeks off made me sensitive to workouts, I felt squeezing reps with lighter weight helped in some trouble spots.

About 2 serious years now, and getting more serious. Had a recent ankle injury, that's why I liked that fact that you threw out today. I was back in the gym 3 week after, on crutches. I wouldn't give up anything that I had gained, if i could help it.

That is true, and I am thankful for it. If you can't do it then get back at it as soon as possible, thats how we do it round here.

Doin great, big guy. Had a good leg day last week, just leg ext, curls, and some leg press. Need to work on my flexibility some... stregnth a little later. Have a checkup tomorrow, it should go good. How are you doin lately?

Ankle was broke in a motorcycle accident about 2 1/2 months ago. Everything is getting alot better now. Started working legs again last week, and go for another checkup tomorrow.

Injury not completely defeated, but the battle is almost over. Did legs Thur for the first time in 9 wks. 350lbs on leg press 8x (whoohoo). I think that is good progress after a bone break. Take care AL.

That sounds pretty bad! I'm not going to do anything that dosen't feel right, though. I've been walking pretty well lately. My ankle is what is injured, I thought about doing some leg ext & curls, maybe some light leg press... nothing major. Everything moves pretty good right now, just a little stiff. My biggest concern is twisting my ankle, or overextending it.

Not really sure on the recovery... Supposed to be walking, supporting weight with crutches till 10-2 (next checkup), but I've been walking totally without crutches for about a week now. I was thinking about doing some leg work this week, and seeing how things go. Hate to hear about your injury... Looks like you have been out alot longer than I may be, even though my injury looked pretty bad. Good luck recovering from it. What did you injure?
