What gilli2us Is Up To:

gilli2usis inspired by litlebit. Reason: "This member is inspirational because of the diversity she has overcome in life, and how she made so many negatives = positives. I think that... "
I want to silence a noisy room by entering it, and, want to look as if using a door to leave a room is optional.
Goal (Long):
I am recovering quit well from my recent accident. I am planning on loosing some excess baggage, and keeping it off. I have got caught up in the bulking cycle, and laxed in the cutting cycle, and there is no reason for me not to slim down some more. I hope to do this like my last cut... loose the weight, and hardly any muscle. I know that I lost 36 lbs in 3 months, and only lost 1/2" off of my arms. I didn't keep track of any changes in my lifting, because I changed alot of my exercises. My big mistake was going back to a bulk cycle, and not finishing the job of cutting. I had a good 4 pack, but didn't loose my "duckie raft", or get the 6 pack. I am determined to cut down right this time, it dosen't matter in what time frame.
This member is inspirational because of the diversity she has overcome in life, and how she made so many negatives = positives. I think that she has taken more things in stride than most people could even survive.
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Listen to music that motivates me, gets my mind on what tasks are ahead of me, and helps me focus on the distant future, as well as what I am about to accomplish.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Back, shoulder, various muscle strains, forearm splints...
Injuries vary, just worked through soreness, stopped working out if there was any real pain.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Yeah, he really taught me what a difference proper form and thorough squeezing of the muscle can do...I rather go a little liter but have great form and go slow and SQUEEZE LOL...I enjoy eating the same food almost every day so I am lucky when it comes to diet. The things I used to enjoy don't seem appealing anymore except Ben and Jerry's which I still have sometimes as a special treat during off-season.
Fact of The Day: The spinal cord is less then two feet in length and is the same diameter as your index finger, yet it contains over 10 billion nerve cells.
Doin I'm GOOD, had a kick ass Quad day yesterday and feelin better! About to hit the gym up in like 40 minutes! Dude your lookin cut! Seein some gains!!!
What's going on, Gilli? You defeat that injury yet? Knock-on-wood, I'm almost injury-free right now. Lifts a little stale for some reason. You know how it is. Hope all is well, brother! al
