6,0000 calories a day! Thats a f###load of calories. lol im doing 3,500 cals atm for my bulk.. your needs in the army are obviously more than mine, (desk job). My main objective is to get as much 'growth material' in as possible so i dont really care how much i spend, but i do try the most cost effective ways to achieve this. eg, i buy inflavoured protein powder from a buddy of mine for very cheap. i havent tried NO yet but creatine is a great supp.. -Nik.

Hey bro, apart from the usual staples of 'protein, creatine and a good multi-vitamin/mineral' i also use, ALA, CLA, IGF-2 (applied nutriceticals) and NeoVar (applied nutriceuticals). All great supps that help alot with anti-catabolism and support maximum growth. Natural BB is a tough game, but its worth it in the end. - Nik.

There is only so far you can go with diet, how can you possibly get 'all' of the nutrients the body needs simply for whole foods? NZ's soils are selenium deficent, do you think your vegetables have selenium in them after they've been speed grown and sprayed? The human body needs selenium for good resperatory function. Yeah true, at least you stay lean with your cardio. as most dudes on a bulk will just get fat.. I will be staying lean on this next bulk, and no the nationals are next saturday bro. I qualified but id prefer to start another bulk and win my class next year with better conditioning and size.. How long you been on bb.com? do you order product from here? - Nik.

hey bro, thanks for the comment. Im planning on competing again next year, i agree with you it is great to see kiwis competing.
