How I Started:
I had just started college, and well basically me and my mates needed an extra edge over the competiton for the girls at our school, so I started to try and look better. As time went on I was the only one that carried on an drastically changed my lifestyle because I loved it. I'd go cold turkey if I missed a session at the gym. It's not about girls anymore but making myself better and healthier, thats the beauty of this sport.
Why I Love It:
You control your own progress. If you want to do better you can.
How I Stay Motivated:
The pure love of working out and occasionally having the sensation of an ache in the morning.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I'm now doing 4-7 using MAX OT principles it really helps with strengh.
