To coax my abs out of hiding (I know they are in there somehwere), build a bigger butt (try saying that 3 times fast) and banish all that jiggles!!! (except the good parts)
Goal (Long):
Ok well I found an online personal trainer and now I am literally busting my butt! Hopefully I will start seeing results and that will give me the courage to put that bikini on :-)
I am usually a pretty peaceful person but I have officialy decided to WAGE WAR~ I am waging war on that stubborn back fat, my flat butt, and the flab that is lingering around my midsection! And the cellulite hanging out on my thighs is not safe either...IT'S ON AND I WILL NEVER SURRENDER!!!...
Going well although the summer is making it tough to stay away from the summer beers :)
Don't worry so much about the scale and focus on how you feel...I have hit plateaus more times than I can remember... keep me posted!
Just to give you some perspective: look at my progress pics. In the 4 months I have been hitting it hard, I have lost 3 or 4 lbs...3 or 4 friggin pounds! Chump change. YET, the measurements are way down and my body looks way different.
Do what you said you would do and chuck the scale.
Good morning Gigi! Or should I say good afternoon? I'm doing ok, fighting thru a couple of injuries but they're just a temporary setback. How bout you, how are training and life going?
Dave
Thanks for your comment, that sports nutritionist sounds like a great idea, unfortunetly my mom would never let me near a nutritionist that thinks like me. As far as quality over quantity you are totally right, i am now starting low volume DC training workouts, they dont take as long as high volume do but they are still very intense. I guess i just needed to think this out and cool down, im starting to see some positives.
Once again, thanks for your comment
Hi Gigi,
The FTF Challenge started 2 weeks ago, but don't let that stop you. I am a week behind. It's just a group of cool women on this site that have started a challenge together.
tlcinwdm (user name) is the leader. The more the merrier. Hope all is well and don't sweat the slip up. Just get back on board, as I am sure you have already.
you are great! well have a good day and at least you were drinking and driving...I hear they take your car now forever! So see, it could always be worse!
ok here is what you do in this order....1. breath, 2. pinch yourself (you are human) 3. drive on as normal 4. you are punishing yourself enough as it is (worrying burns calories) 5. Smile...I will be there in 2 months to yell at you! lol
