Reason: I to have tried sveral different methods to lose weight but have never been able to find one that I could stick with. Right now I am into my 3rd day of using the 12 week video traier provided by the bb website and i love it! Maybe you can help me if I have any questions since it looks as though you know what you are doing:) Also I'm not taking any supplements except protein and I was wondering if you take anything, maybe I should take something for energy to really maximize my workouts.
