Man they came out wit the results... I didn't even place. aint that a b*tch. popularity and politics i guess. I though the purpose of the contest was to get ripped and diesel. u a good one. way to stay motivated. dont let anyone try to get u to taste a rib. man on thursday, i'll find out where i place in the muscletech competition. i think i deserve first, i definately should place. if none of this happens i will b pissed. im not a poor sport but i've seen the competitors and the purpose of the contest was to cut and bulk up. i think i accomplished both. anyways man win or lose im still cool. stay motivated DM. If I fail u must carry the torch haha.

yo the other weekend i went to dominos and got their philly cheesesteak sandwhich with a large supreme pizza. i ate it all by myself. i should have known somethin was wrong when i started sweating and shaking uncontrollably. i think 1 of my heart chambers had temporarily shut down. i knew i shouldnt have washed it down with chocolate milk... by the way i find out tomorrow if i win anything in muscletech contest. wish a brother luck. i'll hook u up with an all u can eat ticket to dairy queen.
