What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Ok here we go my daily diet:
Breakfast:
Cup of oatmeal
Fruits (strawberries, black/blueberries, apple, etc)
Boiled Egg
Lunch:
Skinless Chicken Breast (1/2 a breast)
Organic Brown rice
Any Green Vegetable, Red Peppers, Carrots occasionally
Dinner:
Skinless Breast or Albacore Tuna
Slice of Whole Wheat Bread
Lentils, Kidney Beans, Navy Beans, or any other variation of bean
In between these meals, I'll add a combination of things. For example:
Breakfast-Lunch: Protein Shake, Handful of almonds, peanuts, etc.
Lunch-Dinner: Protein Shake, Slice of Wheat Bread and Peanut butter, Fruits.
Lastly, I do add different sides to my meals. If I feel I need more dairy in my diet, i'll add nonfat cottage cheese or fat free or low fat yogurt. If I need more veggies, I'll add a salad, peppers, or any other combo of veggies. If I need more good carbs, I'll add brown rice or whole grain products. If I need additional protein, I'll eat my meal with a protein shake. FIBER IS YOUR FRIEND!!! I CAN'T STRESS IT ENOUGH!!! INVEST IN IT!!!

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Like I stated earlier; it is never too late. It's only too late when you are dead. Life isn't easy so why would you expect staying motivated would be a cakewalk?
