When I Started:
How I Started:
I used to play football and basketball so I lifted alittle but I was never too serious.
Why I Love It:
I used to be a chunky guy. I decided that being fat wasn't for me, so I joined a gym and vowed to never get up to 260lbs ever again. I'm the only person in my family with the fat gene so I have to work hard to defeat it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I make sure to acknowledge the negatives but to accentuate the positives. That keeps me from being too complacent. Also, I want to look good when I go to the beach.

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Like I stated earlier; it is never too late. It's only too late when you are dead. Life isn't easy so why would you expect staying motivated would be a cakewalk? You can not control the universe but you can control your own universe.Like I stated earlier; it is never too late. It's only too late when you are dead. I've been going crazy for some oatmeal raisin cookies since Saturday. I have to thank Torch73 for that. You know I had to make my krispy kreme pancake sandwiches. strawberry syrup topping. Why you following me around anyway? You must want some of the new creation.
I'm having a deload week as Saturday I realized I'm all beat up. Just relaxin and other physical activity to keep me happy.
How's work and training treating you? I know you were at the original pancake house yesterday.
double chili bacon pork chop sandwich? Damn that sounds vile. He he, I wouldn't throw away the MT products. Thats just money down the drain. Use it, sell it, and then boycott. Then again, my cheap ass hates wasting money.
Yo...just checked out the selection. None of them come close to what you did. Looking at the who they chose...no diversity what so ever. Who ever made those pick, was highly biased. You should have been in that line up....no doubt. I'm freaking shocked...really. Don't let that get you down Big dawg...bigger and better things are right in front of you. Keep pushing towards your goals and get yours. Ya heard?
You're right. You should have. Damn muscletech!
Other than that though. What else have you been up to? Job trying to keep you out the gym and kitchen for proper meals?
Man, that selection doesn't even make sense to me. I can't even say ripped and skinny. I think they put all the applicants in a hat and had a blind person draw names.
The first place guy doesn't even look like he did anything as dramatic as the seconds. I know that doesn't make you feel better about it, but if you won't be a sore loser over it, I'll be it for you.
I'll boycott all muscletech supps for you too.
Wasn't skinny enough? What the hell? Then again, you did get something good out of it. Probably an interesting essay too. *HINT HINT*
I would say "Besides, who wants a bunch of..." but then I realized Nano Vapor is really good stuff.
