Sounds like you have a full plate(which really isn't a bad thing). Its crazy how much progress you can make with hard work and a good diet. Yeah I still plan to compete next year. I'll be meeting with my friend who competes soon so I can get an idea of where I need to be as far a weight during the off season. I cant wait!!

Hey what's up! So far the progress is moving slowly but it's moving. My schedule is crazy but I'm still making time for my workouts. I started a new off season plan this week that look like it's going to pay off BIG TIME next year!! Keep your fingers crossed. What's new with you?

You're welcome and thank you so much! Hopefully I can keep a nice smile thru all this traning. I havent deciced which show I want to do first. I'm meeting with a good friend who competes so she can tell me what all I need to do. I'll be sure to keep you updated. I cant wait! =)
