It'd getting better . I just detoxed n now im starting to go hard in the gym again n im good i just wish i has more thyroid support. My body has been shutting down alot lately? how's ur training going?

i dunno how accurate the bench is... i was about 25 lbs heavier when i did that in may.. so im leaner and hav been focusing on muscular endurance lately.. but i'll max out nxt wk to get a more up to date stat
