Thanks a lot dude, the best advice I can honestly give you is to stay CONSISTENT! With consistency and dedication you can achieve anything! From what I can tell by the pics, you look pretty solid! Keep it up and check out my 2nd blog when you get a chance for ab and diet tips.
When I was a teen, it scared my friends how much I could eat and still stay skinny. A friend of mine who suffered from weight problems thought it very unfair when he saw me eat three times what he did. Even in my twenties, I did not gain much, until I started taking a weight gainer. My first weight gainer was N-Large II, I believe. It allowed me to more than double my caloric intake, by drinking more than I could possibly eat. That's when I started to grow like crazy.
I'm not really sure. You might want to try doing twisting motions during your ab exercises. Like for crunches bringing your elbow to your opposite knee, and then switch. You could also try doing pullovers. Pullovers are for the seratus muscles but it might help with the side of the abs. Hope that helps bro. Feel free to ask me more questions.
greetings! I don't know if I got back to you, but you had a question on gaining size. Intense and heavy training on a consistent basis over a long period of time is what's going to get you where you want to be, and a diet high in protein, creative carbs, and little to no fat is your springboard to acheiving a winning physique. Good Luck and thanks for your question. (Rich)
Hey Antony! looking good buddy! I must admit that I do not do specific excercise for the side abs. However, I contract my abs intensily with literally every weight movement I do, be it bicep curls or whatever. So it result in a strong midsection and core muscles. Hope this helps buddy?...In Christ, Gert
Ya I'd love to help ya out! Check my site ithinkfit.com and get you on program that'll have ya kicking ass on the football feild and catching the birds on the weekends!
Thanks. Tips: Train hard, heavy, and efficient. Make sure your diet revoles around your goals whether that be cutting, bulking, or just to maintain. Stay consistent and displined thats the only way you will see results. Hope this helps in someway.
