Overall Goal:  Recovering from extensive surgery on my right arm where arteries, nerves and muscle were cut. Back to a "Bulking" phase right now, trying to pack on mass right now and eventually tone down when I'm happy with my gains.

Fit Status:  Back to the gym tomorrow for a light workout :)

I began working out because I was an athlete. Played rep baseball and hockey. Was a multi sport athlete in high school, won athlete of the year my Sr. year.
Why I Love It:
Love the pump, love getting bigger.
How I Stay Motivated:
I play varsity baseball for Brock University as a DH so I'm always looking to increase my power. Magazines. Look up to guys like Victor Martinez, Dexter Jackson, Ronnie Coleman, Phil Heath, Kai Greene.

I empathize with the stress you must be feeling and I am so sorry you are not feeling well - all of that interferes with progress. I make my best gains during the summer for the same reasons
