When I Started:
Feb, 2006
How I Started:
I started at home. Looking to gain weight. I get some lean muscle to improve my health. I started to find the pump addicting. Then I did what most inexperienced people do. I tryed to lift to much to quick. Got hurt. Stopped untill I was healed. Started again in Feb of 2006. Read alot and kept going.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of the pump. I like the fact that I don't look skinny as when I started and I feel good with my shirt off. I have never felt that way in my life. Also the food is good.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at ways to improve my process. Also comparing to others. What do I like about that muscle tone etc on so and so. Can I get there and match it. I also keep my goals real. I don't compare myself to others that have been doing this longer then I have. I do that as a long term goal. Mostly learn as much as I can about getting the most out of my workouts. Also the pats on the back from people I have not seen in a while.
BB Accomplishments:
When I started my weight was 150ish now I am up to 185 with little body fat. But as most know going from skinny to big is hard to do. But well worth the journey.

Gain Muscle
Goal (Overall):
Core Development. Back injury -- need more core muscle
Goal (Long):
Right now I am recovering from a minor back injury that opened my eyes. So I need to gain some core strength. I guess 200 crunches are not going to do it alone. Going to switch up to a swiss ball and crunches combined with Dumbell fly extentions.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 25 lb
